Having launched the new Internet banking (IB) on 16 December 2020, we are pleased that you are now familiarising yourselves with it. It is important to us that you feel comfortable in the new environment and have enough time to try out the new features, so we are allowing you to continue accessing both fully functional systems (the old and new IB) until 31 January 2021 (we have extended this from the original deadline of 11 January 2021). From 1 February 2021, you will only be able to carry out banking operations in the new IB.
