Bond Issue Details

• Five-year senior secured bonds will be issued in the range of CZK 5 to 10 billion.
• The annual yield is 5.75% p.a. with semi-annual coupon payments.
• The nominal value of each bond is CZK 10,000.
• CSG will apply for the bonds to be listed on the Regulated Market of the Prague Stock Exchange.
• We are co-managing the bond placement alongside Česká spořitelna, J&T Banka, Komerční banka, and UniCredit Bank.
