MiFID
In relation to the implementation of the European Union’s Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (“MiFID”) into the Czech legal system, in particular Act No. 256/2004 on Business on the Capital Market (“ZPKT”), we are hereby presenting the mandatory information on PPF banka a.s., the investment services provided, investment instruments and related risks, measures to protect the customers’ assets, and certain other circumstances associated with the adoption of the MiFID.
