We have also adopted various measures at the Bank because of the current situation in the Czech Republic. Nevertheless, you can continue to approach us with your requirements as you are accustomed to doing.

In addition to all of the Czech Government’s regulations and recommendations, which we comply with, we have also adopted various measures and made some arrangements at the Bank to protect our employees’ and also your, our clients’ and partners’, health because of the current situation in the Czech Republic. Nevertheless, you can continue to approach us with your requirements as you are accustomed to doing. Our services and activities continue in this period as well:

  • Investment banking – this applies to trading not only in bonds but also in other participation securities and money market instruments;
  • Corporate banking – it includes a broad range of payment and transaction services, financing and money market operations;
  • Municipal banking – besides payment and transaction services, we also offer savings products, loans and smart solutions;
  • Private banking – it takes a comprehensive, above-standard and individualised approach for tackling various financial needs.


Our relationship managers and sales managers are available over the telephone and e-mail

  • No matter what client you are, whether from the corporate, public or private sector, you can address your issues with your relationship manager/sales manager over the telephone, via e-mail, or in person if absolutely necessary.


You can handle your requirements from your office or home

  • And this is thanks to our online banking, which you can easily access on our website. You will clearly see your accounts and be able to execute most of your financial operations, requirements and settings.


Customer support works from Monday to Friday

  • As of 23 March 2020 until further notice, we have adjusted the operating hours of our customer support (queries over the telephone and e-mail and messages sent from electronic banking) as follows: Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 17.00 hrs.
  • The telephone number (+420) 222 244 266 for payment card cancellation continues to operate on a nonstop basis.


Client Centres are open from Monday to Friday

  • As of 23 March 2020 until further notice, we have adjusted the operating hours of the Client Centre in Prague on Mariánské náměstí to 8:30-16:00 hrs from Monday to Friday, and the Client Centre in Prague on Evropská to 8:30-11:30 and 12:00-16:00 hrs from Monday to Friday.
  • In the above periods of time, you can address your requirements with our colleagues at the Client Centres over the telephone, via e-mail, or in person where absolutely necessary.

We are preparing up-to-date reports and analyses

  • We continue preparing for you regular reports and monitoring summaries, and analyses, and the Analytical Monthly finance newsletter (CZ) in which our analysts comment on the current macroeconomic situation and the developments on financial markets. If you want to receive it in your mailbox at the beginning of every month, just enter your e-mail address on our website.
