PPF zahájila dobrovolný odkup akcií společností O2 a CETIN
Skupina PPF dnes uveřejnila dobrovolnou veřejnou nabídku společnosti PPF A4 B.V. k odkupu akcií O2 a CETIN. Na webu www.vykupO2.cz publikovala pro akcionáře O2 a CETIN Nabídkové dokumenty a další podrobnosti k tomu, jak postupovat při prodeji akcií. Lhůta pro akceptování nabídky od akcionářů končí 13.7.2015.

PPF banka a.s. byla pověřena společností PPF A4 B.V., aby jako obchodník s cennými papíry a účastník Centrálního depozitáře jednala v procesu dobrovolné veřejné nabídky převzetí akcií společností O2 Czech Republic a.s. (O2) a Česká telekomunikační infrastruktura a.s. (CETIN) a jako agent zodpovědný za vypořádání převodů akcií a poskytování protiplnění za převedené akcie. Stejnou rolí byla PPF banka a.s. pověřena i společností Česká telekomunikační infrastrukura a.s. v rámci povinné nabídky odkupu akcií CETIN.
