Losses of CZK 80 million, CZK 544.5 million and 126.5 million are reported for 1997, 1998 and 1999, respectively. |

Bank’s financial situation is stabilized after three years of losses as reserves are created for classified loans and illiquid securities – the result of imprudent lending between 1993 and 1997.
Bank reports profits of CZK 7.6 million and CZK 20.5 million in 2000 and 2001, respectively.
